What equipment is needed for EONI Wireless Internet access?

The wireless equipment necessary to establish EONI Wireless Internet access will be leased to you; EONI retains ownership of all such equipment. You will be given an inventory list of all equipment owned by EONI that is installed at your location for wireless services.

What other conditions of use apply?

A clear line of sight (no obstructions of any kind) to the location your subscriber unit will be mounted is necessary; not all locations are suitable for wireless access. You are required to keep the subscriber unit plugged into an operating power outlet at all times. A deposit in the form of an active credit card on file is required. Other conditions may apply; you should read the service contract in full before signing up for service.

Is EONI Wireless Internet access affected by weather?

Weather does not usually affect the form of wireless communications EONI uses for this service.

I signed up for Wireless 128. What if I want faster service in the future?

For most users, it's a very simple process. We modify your contract to reflect the desired speed increase, and it's a simple software change on our end to increase your connection speed. No change in equipment is necessary, we don't have to visit your location and you don't have to make any changes to your computer or network.

Can I run a server on my EONI Wireless Internet access?

Use of this service to connect a server for applications such as an email server, FTP server, web server or web site hosting, Napster or Napster-like services is expressly prohibited. If you have needs that would violate the ordinary terms of use of this service, please contact EONI to discuss your requirements.
