Today for probably the tenth time or so since I've been with EONI, Jim Arnott went far, far beyond the call of duty to help me fix a problem that involved much more than my Internet service. Without his help, I'd have lost days of work and faced a mountain of expenses because of glitches in my computer's operating system. This is one BIG reason that when people try to get me to switch Internet providers--I've been with EONI from its beginning--by explaining how the rates are "cheaper" elsewhere, I never consider a change. Never. To me people like Jim and the help he provides are worth more than anyone can put a price on. Just wanted the people at EONI to know how valuable he is to the company.
